Our Smoothies

Our smoothies are made with 100% natural ingredients. We use fresh fruit, frozen fruit, and a variety of 100% fruit purees, ice, water, and that's it!

They are vegan (non-dairy) and gluten free!

We have many delicious combinations for you to choose from, or you can always come up with your own concoction!

We also have a few smoothies with some added flavors and some added sugar that are like dessert in a glass, if that's more your style.

We also have a variety of vitamin and supplement boosters you can add to make your smoothie a well-balanced meal in a cup!

Fresh Juices

Drink your vitamins! We make fresh juice from fruits and vegetables to order in any combination you can think of!

Wheatgrass

Before it gets to "amber waves," wheat starts out as little sprouts that look like a lush perfect lawn. The human body can't digest it, but when juice is extracted (our wheatgrass juicer is like a big corkscrew that smushes the juice out) it is a super healthful tonic that is drank in small shots.

We're the only place in the Coastal Empire (to the best of our knowledge) juicing wheatgrass and is a bit tricky for us to source. A chicken and the egg scenario? Probably. Because of this, it is subject to availability. But speak up! The greater the demand, the harder we'll try for the supply.
